Trump's Granddaughter Receives Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf Debut
This young athlete boasts impressive online audience
The young golfer can count on numerous prominent supporters as she makes her professional golf debut this Thursday.
This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a special exemption to participate at the Annika tournament in Florida.
Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, possesses several courses worldwide and often plays against Kai.
"He's pretty good. I can't reveal details but we have tight competitions," she revealed.
The golfer shared that Trump, unable to come, told her: "Simply stay calm."
"He essentially suggested to compete and enjoy myself," she explained.
"To me, he's just a regular grandfather. He's not attending this weekend. He's occupied with running the country, making him quite busy."
As an amateur, Kai has participated in a mere three competitions recently and maintains position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.
However she's able to receive tips from Tiger Woods, romantically involved with her mother.
"He represents the top athlete in the world," Kai expressed.
"And he's an even better human being. He told me to play, have fun, following whatever happens."
Kai will face several top competitors in the sport at the Annika, including second-ranked the champion, England's Charley Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.
Tournament organizers stated that her participation brings the sport to wider groups, particularly among younger fans.
Kai boasts substantial online presence and recently launched a personal clothing and lifestyle brand.
Her first tee time at 17:30 GMT.
