The Brazilian star Extends Sincere Sorry to The Madrid Club Supporters
The forward has netted five goals in 10 domestic competition appearances this season.
The Madrid giants forward Vinicius Jr has apologised to the fanbase for his conduct when taken off in Sunday's heated El Clasico triumph.
Vinicius was taken off in the 72nd minute and expressed his frustration by walking immediately off the pitch.
He subsequently came back to the dugout and, after his side's 2-1 win, tried to confront the opposition's youngster Yamal during unpleasant after the game incidents.
"Today I want to say sorry to all the supporters for my reaction when I was taken off in the Clasico," Vinicius wrote on X.
"Just as I have previously expressed during this morning's training, I also want to express regret anew to my colleagues, the organization, and the leadership.
"At times passion takes over me because I constantly desire to succeed and support my side. My winning mentality originates in the affection I hold for this team and all it symbolizes."
The player joined Real from his former club in recent years for a significant fee and has notched over a century of strikes in 335 appearances.
But his future in the Madrid is unclear with reports in the past few months stating that the club would contemplate permitting the player depart if they obtained a suitable offer.
When Vinicius was substituted on that day, cameras from broadcaster Dazn recorded him remarking: "Again me! I'm exiting the club! It's preferable if I leave, I'm leaving."
In his most recent message on X, he said: "I commit to keep striving at all times for the benefit of Los Blancos, as I have acted since the very beginning."
