Daniel Levy oversaw Tottenham's move to the club's new home in 2019.

American tech entrepreneur the entrepreneur has dismissed making a formal takeover bid for Spurs.

The club had previously “unequivocally rejected” an unofficial approach from a consortium spearheaded by Brooklyn Earick last period and insisted the organization was off the market.

However British acquisition regulations stipulated that, after an initial approach turned down, Earick's consortium needed to make an offer by late October or state they would not proceed.

Official word of the determination was made in a announcement released by the club to the financial markets, stating the organization is “not in an acquisition window.”

Earick shared an image of the statement on digital channels, adding: “I've had a pleasure interacting with Spurs and the Lewis family's agents over the past few weeks.

“I have great respect for the team, its executives, and its supporters, and wish them continued achievements.”

The club's board expressed gratitude to the consortium for its “positive engagement” in talks and for “honoring the clear position” of the shareholders that the club is off the market.

The entrepreneur is a former DJ who also served in aerospace studies for the space agency before founding Redacted RnD, which concentrates on tech, entertainment, sports and entertainment.

The informal offer was the third expression of interest turned down by the team's directors since the abrupt resignation of executive chairman Levy in September.

Earlier in September, the club rejected proposals from previous club stakeholder Staveley's the investment firm and a syndicate led by Kennedy and the co-investor through Firehawk Holdings.

Levy and his household hold about a significant stake of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an majority interest in the club.

He was the Premier League's longest-serving chairman and is estimated to have earned over £50 million during his almost quarter of a century in the capacity.

However he was also the subject of regular protests by the club's followers, particularly last season as Premier League performances were below expectations.

Spurs secured their initial silverware in seventeen years when they beat United in last season's Europa League final.
